30-day money-back guarantee on your first Starter Set

If it's your first time buying the Starter Set (Lingon Emulsion 1 + 2, 2 × 15 mL) and it isn't right for your skin, you can get a full refund of the Starter Set price, even if you've opened and used it. Email info@lingonhealth.com with your order number within 30 days of the shipping date. The guarantee applies once per customer.

All other returns

Other items can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund if they are unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Opened or used products can't be returned, except under the Starter Set guarantee above.

To start a return, email info@lingonhealth.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of the shipping date with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Subscriptions

You can skip or cancel a subscription before your next order is processed. Subscription orders that have already shipped follow the return rules above.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
